Returns and Exchanges Policy –
Returns:
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery of your purchased items. Sales Receipts must accompany all returned merchandise. If merchandise are returned between 15 and 30 days receipt of merchandise by customer, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. All returns must be unaltered and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exceptions may apply.
By Mail:
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please ship the item prepaid and insured to: LeikaDesigns, LLC - 5508 Ravenel Lane, Springfield, VA 22151
Price Adjustments
Purchase price will be credited. Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. For questions and adjustments call 1-888-3-LEIKA (1-888-398-7626). We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Credit Cards:The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax, if applicable is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state regulations of your shipping address.
Order Status & History Order Updates:
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering. * Excluding items shipped from vendor.
Registered customers - SIGN IN to access web order status and history.
Non-registered customers - Do not have online access to order status and history.
You may request information via email or online chat, or by calling 1-888-3-LEIKA(1-888-398-7626). Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. SIGN IN HERE to your account then select "View Web Order History," click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
