Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

The range and sale of products on our website (“LeikaDesigns.com”) are governed by these Preorder Terms and Conditions. We advise you to read them carefully. The unique jewelry designs offered by LeikaDesigns.com are sold only and solely on LeikaDesigns.com with each jewelry stamped with the “Leika” logo as mark of authenticity.  Jewelry of similar design as the ones we offer on our website LeikaDesigns.com, sold in other outlets or websites will not have the “Leika” logo as mark of authenticity and are unauthorized fake reproductions.  LeikaDesigns, LLC is currently offering its’ jewelry designs on its website LeikaDesigns.com, only.  When our jewelry become available for in-store sales, we will list the stores where you can purchase our jewelry, on our website LeikaDesigns.com. 

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, you have up to 3 (three) days after placement of your order to cancel.
3. We estimate your jewelry will be shipped to you 120 days after receipt of your order.  Since each
       jewelry piece is painstakingly hand-made and each one of a kind, we cannot guarantee orders will be
     shipped 120 days upon receipt of order.  If a delay were to occur, we will promptly inform you and
       provide you with a new estimated shipping date.
4. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than the estimated delivery date due to several factors
       such as delays at customs and force majeure.
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
6. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

ARTICLE 1 – AVAILABILITY

Our products are sold subject to availability. When placing your order, ensure that the number, size and price of each item are mentioned correctly on your purchase order. When a product is no longer available, it will be marked “OUT OF STOCK”. In this case, you can contact us in order to be the first informed when it becomes available again on the site.

ARTICLE 2 - PRE-ORDER RESERVATION

When placing a Pre-Order for Leika Jewelry, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.

LeikaDesigns shall not be held responsible or liable for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by logging into your account here and providing your current address and any other contact information. 

You will have up to Three (3) days to make changes to your pre-order. After the three (3) days have expired, we will not be able to make changes to your order. This includes size changes, quantities, etc. After the third day, preorder has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the third (3rd) day of placement of a pre-order because the jewel is especially ordered and created following the client’s request.
If you preorder jewelry, you will be required to pay 100 percent (100%) of the amount due at the time you place your order, exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. We will charge the shipping fees, at such time as the jewel is ready for shipment. Shipping is free for addresses located within the continental United States.
Once your jewelry is completed, you will receive an email notification prompting that your jewelry is ready to be shipped and we’ll send you the tracking information.
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of one hundred twenty days (120 days) from the time of receipt of your order of a jewelry piece. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the jewelry page.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices of our products are given in dollars, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping is free for all addresses within the continental United States. Prices exclude delivery charges for addresses outside of the continental United States. All orders must be paid for in dollars.  LeikaDesigns, LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the prices in effect at the time the order is processed, subject to availability. After clicking on “order” you may choose one of the following payment options:

Credit card payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay.

Your order will be dispatched once your bank has validated your means of payment and the transfer has been credited to our account.

ARTICLE 4 – CONFIRMATION

The information recorded by LeikaDesigns.com when an order is confirmed constitutes proof of purchase for all transactions between LeikaDesigns, LLC and its customers. The information recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Products purchased on LeikaDesigns.com are shipped according to the terms described under ‘’Shipping Policy’’, found at the bottom of every page of the site. 

For safety reasons, LeikaDesigns.com will not process orders to any post office boxes.

In order for delivery to be assured, you agree to provide your full and accurate address when placing your order, including any additional information deemed necessary, such as your building number, floor or door access code when applicable. If your country is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us.

• It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• LeikaDesigns, LLC reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:
• You fail to make payment to us when due
• You breach any of our terms and conditions
• When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
• We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on LeikaDesigns.com
• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card or account and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
