1) How do you clean the jewelry pieces?
A. Use a durable cloth and silver cleaning liquid and rub the jewelry piece thoroughly until the jewelry piece is shiny.
2) How durable are the designs that have hinges/moveable parts?
A. The hinge/movable design is for artistic purposes but is quite durable.. It is durable enough for a back and forth motion. Excessive force should not be applied or the hinge could break or come apart. The movable hinge feature is currently offered only on the Imperial design.
3) What are the jewelry pieces made of?
A. All parts of each jewelry piece are made of sterling silver or 18K or 21K gold.
4) Where can I find the authentication seal on my jewelry?
A. Authentication seal is embossed on one side in to the surface of each piece at the base of the hoop at the top or on a smooth surface at the bottom.
5) What if a jewelry piece does not have an Authentication Seal, what does it mean?
A. It means the jewelry piece was not designed by Leika Designs and is a fake. You should always make sure the Authenticity Seal is on the piece you’re interested in, before you purchase.
6) How do you handle defective jewelry pieces?
A. Leika Designs will reimburse the purchase price upon return of the defective jewelry, in accordance of the Return Policy found here.
7) Where are they jewelries made?
A. The jewelry are developed by the Leika® design house, which has pushed the limits of creativity to develop unique and striking jewelry designs that appeal to those with refined taste and sense of style.
8) How are they jewelries made?
A. Each piece is created in its’ own clay mold. The clay mold is hand built and the details intricately hand crafted. Once the silver solidifies, the mold is broken off, revealing a beautiful one-of-a-kind design.

10) Where can I wear the jewelry?
A. The jewelry pieces are versatile and can be worn wherever you wish. They make a statement about you so wear them when and where they make you feel good.
11) Where can I buy the jewelry?
A. You can purchase the jewelry on the https://www.LeikaNY.com website only. Jewelries sold on other websites or in stores are not authentic.
12) Are there more than the three designs available for purchase?
A. We are currently offering three designs. However, Leika Designs has other unique designs that will be offered in the future. You can receive email notifications of early offers of new designs by signing up for our email subscription here.
13) What types of outfits would the jewelry go with?
A. The designs are very versatile. They can be worn for formal occasions as well as casual Sundays. What is unique about them is that they are not constricted by any style guidelines. You the owner and wearer will decide what statement you’d like your jewelry piece to make.

15) Is there a difference in size between the three designs offered?
A. Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade and one-of-a-kind. Therefore, there may be slight variation in dimensions and weight between jewelry, regardless of the design type. Near accurate dimensions and weight for each design can be found here.

17) Is there a difference in weight between the three designs offered?
A. There is a slight difference in the weight of each design. In addition, since each piece of jewelry is hand made and one-of-a-kind, there is a slight difference in dimensions and weight between each piece of jewelry.

20) What makes each piece of the jewelries unique?
A. Each piece is created in its’ own mold. The mold is hand built and the details intricately hand designed using special tools. Once the metal solidifies, the mold is removed, revealing a beautiful one-of-a-kind design.
21) Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A. You do not need to setup an account to place an order. On the “Buy Now” page, you are provided with the option of signing in as a guest and providing the required information in order to complete your purchase order.
